It's molded in Formula Four, the urethane Spitfire introduced in 2013 for flatspot resistance and consistent grip, continuing the tradition Jim Thiebaud started when he founded the company in San Francisco in 1987 under Fausto Vitello and Brian Ware's Deluxe Distribution. This set comes in natural urethane at 53mm, 99a durometer, with the wider Full contact patch.
